- Enquiries. If you contact us by email — for example to ask about a trip or check availability — we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Essential cookies. The website uses a small number of essential cookies needed for it to work properly. It does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not run a checkout on this website. Our products are sold through Etsy; if you click through to Etsy to buy, anything you enter there is handled under Etsy’s own privacy policy, not ours.

We use the information you send us only to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to a booking, to arrange and provide that trip. We do not use it for marketing without your agreement, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them — to answer you, and to keep a reasonable record if a trip goes ahead. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
